SHIPPING 

Shipping the orders is possible through Česká pošta, courier of PPL and GLS or Z-Point pickup places of Zasilkovna. If you are in need of fast delivery and you can’t manage personal pickup at our store we recommend choosing Z-point. You can also pickup your orders at our STORE on Malátova 9, Praha 5. The order is ready to be picked up the same day.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods is possible by cash on delivery, payment by transfer, cash or card at Zpoint branches and cash at the Kanekalon STORE.

A fee of CZK 39 is charged for Cash on Delivery payment. Online payment is for free.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING FEE

In the case of shipping via Zpoint, the price of the service is 59 CZK, and in the case of delivery by courier to the address, 99 CZK. The delivery time is 1-2 working days after ordering or crediting the payment to our account.

In the case of shipping via PPL to Parcelshop, the price of the service is 59 CZK, and for delivery by courier to the address 109 CZK. The delivery time is 2-3 working days after ordering or crediting the payment to our account.

In the case of shipping via Czech Post to Balíkovna the price of the service is 79 CZK, Parcel To post is 119 CZK and Parcel To hand (to the address) is 129 CZK. The delivery time is 2-3 working days after ordering or crediting the payment to our account.

In the case of shipping via GLS to Parcelshop, the price of the service is 59 CZK and for delivery by courier to the address 99 CZK. The delivery time is 2-3 working days after ordering or crediting the payment to our account.

PAYMENT 

Payment for goods is possible by cash on delivery, payment by transfer, cash or card at pickup points.

A fee of 0,9EUR is charged for Cash on Delivery payment. Online payment is for free.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING FEE

In the case of shipping via Zpoint, the price of the service is 2,9 EUR and in the case of delivery by courier to the address 3,9 EUR.

In the case of shipping via PPL to Parcelshop  the price of the service is 2,9 EUR. The delivery time is 2-3 working days after ordering or crediting the payment to our account.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods is possible by online Payment by transfer before shipping the order. It is possible to pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Click to Pay or by card online.
