RAW ROOTs Greenie Genie Soap is suitable for washing both new and mature dreadlocks. This shampoo bar is handmade from vegetable and natural oils that care for normal and oily hair / scalp. It can also be used if you don't have dreadlocks, as hand soap and body soap.
Contains Hemp Oil, Neem and Stinging Nettle which strengthens hair and scalp and actively helps against dandruff and other scalp problems. The soap is also added Himalayan salt which provides minerals to the skin and helps to tighten and maintain dreadlocks. The organic essential oils from Tea tree, Mint and Lemongrass refresh, stimulate the scalp and have a cleansing, antiseptic, anti-itch and cooling effect on the scalp.
The soap is handmade in the traditional way and 100% vegan and cruelty free. The soaps are left to dry for six weeks before they are sent on to you as a consumer. The drying period contributes to a minimum of water in the soap. The result is a clean and natural product with a high content of good, nurturing oils. Therefore, the soap is very concentrated and foams up very easily, so it is easy to distribute and therefore lasts much longer than a liquid shampoo.
Tip: After washing your hair, you can rinse your hair with an apple cider vinegar rinse. It will counteract itching, remove accumulated fat residues, and restore the scalp's natural ph value, while also being a natural conditioner.
Application: Wash the hair thoroughly, massaging the soap into the scalp. Concentrate on the scalp, then distribute the soap from the roots to the tips by gently squeezing the lather through the hair. Rinse and repeat as necessary. Allow the soap to air dry between uses.
