RastAfri's Mood Braid is material intended for rasta braids, braided braids, classic dreads and pseudo dreads. Jumbo Braid kanekalon can also be used to create ponytails, extravagant hairstyles and hairpieces.
Kanekalon reacts to the sun by changing its color from lavender to purple.
The fiber is slightly curly, so it does not slip when braiding and gives the braids the required volume. The length of the fiber is 120 cm and the weight of one package is approximately 60 grams. You can create approximately 25 braids or 10 double-ended pseudo dreads 0.5 cm thick from one package. In practice, about 150 braids or 60-70 pieces of double-ended pseudo dreads are used per head.
100% kanekalon jumbo braid can be ironed at a low temperature into a straight fiber structure. The fiber can also be straightened with hot air using a hair dryer and a brush.
The braids can be finished by melting, hot water, a knot or using rubber bands. In order to achieve the best possible result, we recommend that you first try the finishing method on one braid and then apply it to the rest of the strands.
